What Causes Pain In Upper Chest Area, Shoulders And Upper Back?

default
Posted on Mon, 23 Mar 2015
Question: Hello I'm experiencing pain in my upper body check area. This has been going on for about 5 weeks and each day there is improvement but extremely minimal. At first it was so bad at the base of my neck and between my breasts. The stabbing pain has moved around so much, which makes it very hard to explain. Currently the pain is across my coller bone arm pit to arm pit. If I bend over, I do have pain at the base of my neck, but in general that is the only time. When I sneeze or cough the stabbing pain just above each breast is stabbing and very very painful. The pain then radiates to my armpits and shoulders. i feel my core is becoming week as I feel my shoulders falling forward which then causes pain across my shoulders on the back. I do throw pottery for a living, so I wonder if I injured myself without knowing and then kept working. I have not done any yoga for 3 weeks, as this is so painful. I have no shortness of breath or anything like thatAny help would be greatly appreciated.

Detailed Answer:
hi,

i can understand your concerns.
