Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Did you notice this only after the stimulation ?
I think, it is because of the oil that you have applied, but the lesions dont look like cuts now, rather like sores.
Have you ever noticed any sores down there before , or had any discomfort earlier?
You could wash the area and upload fresh pictures, more clear ones.
IN general, if you were abraded during sexual stimulation, plain Vaseline ( petroleum jelly would help ).
Even if you do nothing, the skin cuts would heal themselves in 2 - 3 days.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.

i felt the cuts happening during, i had thought nothing of it because i often experience some sort of discomfort during sexual stimulation..but day or so after i experienced burning when i would pee and dryness but no pain or itching..i read online and figured they were minor cuts and also read that coconut oil would help. now that i think of it the REAL pain started once i started using the oil. I've never experienced any sores or anything out of the norm below which is why particularly concerned. I've uploaded more photos. Is there anything you can suggest I do without getting parent involvement? Will vaseline help the sores?

Detailed Answer:
I am almost very sure that these are sores.
NOw it is MUST to visit a gynaecologist and have evaluation for these sores.
Herpes should definitely be ruled out by testing.
I would not suggest any treatment without testing the sores.
Without parental involvement, would it be possible for you to go to an STD clinic for evaluation ?
