What Causes Pain On Shoulder?

Provide more details.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
There are many reasons for shoulder pain. To diagnose it better I would request you to kindly answer the following questionnaire.
1. When did you notice the pain for the first time (exact duration), and how would you best describe the pain? (throbbing/ dull aching/ pins-n-needles/ stabbing)
2. Was there a traumatic incident before the pain? (like fall/accident/jerk)
3. Where exactly is the pain located? (front/side/back/superiorly/inferiorly)
4. Is the pain restricting your shoulder movement? Or does it pain only during certain movement of shoulder?
5. Is there any swelling or redness around the joint?
6. And lastly, is there any associated fever/ neck pain/ tingling numbness in hands?
Depending on your responses I shall help you understand the condition in detail.
I shall await your reply.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
After going through the details it seems that you have a muscle stiffness in the area due to wrong posture and carrying weight on the shoulder.
Avoid any activities involving the affected shoulder and definitely no physical exercises, pushing and pulling. Anti-inflammatory treatment like topical pain balms application and oral drugs like Advil (ibuprofen) 400mg twice a day after food will give added relief.
Taking oral muscle relaxants will also help. Do a hot fomentation at least twice a day.
You can consult an orthopedic directly / through your local physician if the pain remains despite the above measures. X ray of the shoulder and cervical region are entailed.
Hope my answer is helpful.
