Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I have read your query and understood your problem.

Do you have trouble sleeping ?

Any feeling of nausea or any loose stools ?

Do you regurgitate food after eating ?

Any Diabetes, Hypertension or chronic diseases ?

From the details you have provided you seen to be suffering from multiple points of pain over the upper body, shoulder, behind the ear which points to a possible diagnosis of Fibromyalgia. Other causes can be Cervical spondylosis such causes nerve pinching and similar symptoms asking with tingling and numbness.

Fibromyalgia is treated with antidepressant medication like Escitalopram 20mg once a day with Cognitive behaviour therapy where a logical reasoning and solving of the patient's problems are performed by a skilled Psychiatrist or Psychologist.

Also stress and tension can be associated factors that can cause aggravation of these symptoms especially neck and upper back pain.

Avoid bending the neck forwards and kindly follow ergonomics at work place and adopt good posture.

Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily.

Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol, if you do. Avoid eating junk food, oily food, rough food as you have problem swallowing, rather eat semisolid and soft food like rice, porridge and the like. Avoid lying down immediately after meals to prevent regurgitation of food and stomach acids which can also cause difficulty swallowing.

Do daily deep breathing exercise and Yoga to reduce stress. Get 6 to 8 his of sleep daily. Avoid working long hours.

I would advise you to get a consult with a Neurologist, Psychiatrist and Gastroenterologist to help you with diagnosing the problems and deciding a proper management protocol via multidisciplinary approach.

I hope I have answered your query.
