Question: I have pain under left rib sometes. Nausea, and feel full when eating very little? Been two weeks now

I read your question and i understand your concern. pain under ribs with nausea and feeling of fullness with slight meal indicates a gastritis. An inflammation of gastric mucosa with or without an ulcer is likely explanation.

It needs antacids, some proton pump inhibitors, diet and lifestyle modifications like avoidance of spices, alcohol, sweets and sugary beverages, chocolates etc. Eating small frequent meals and preferring food rich in fiber and more fluids are advised.

Get evaluated to rule out other causes and see what comes up but it is more likely a gastritis.
