Brief Answer:
Painful Ejaculation is known after radio therapy for prostate cancer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have undergone radio therapy for cancer of the prostate two years ago and now experiencing painful ejaculation and loss of libido .

Radiation treatment for cancer prostate causes damage to nerves that control erection and ejaculation causing radiation neuritis .This damage to these nerves (Neuritis ) is the cause of sexual problems like painful ejaculation , loss of libido and reduced semen volumes etc.

Normally this issue gets resolved to certain extent though not completely over a period of treatment .There is no active treatment that can resolve the issue .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
