Question: I have a very very painful white lump near to
Where I have had a recent tooth extracted
It is XXXXXXX and very painful can't eat anything
Only very soft food taking high dose of painkillers
Please can you give me some advice can't

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

It seems to be an infection (probably tooth abscess ) after the extraction of the tooth.
I would suggest to rinse your mouth with warm salt water several times a day for few days.Take Ibuprofen or Paracetamol for the pain.
If the pain doesn't seem to improve in 2-3 days or if the pain get worse you should consult your dentist because you may need to take a course of antibiotics that he can prescribe you.
