Some practical advises on what you can do more.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.
Generally the lumps that are formed in the vulvae are ingrown hairs.
Sometimes they may be the inflamed bartholin cysts, which is a painful cyst in the base of the small labia, but from your description it doesn't look like that is your case.
So, it most probably is an ingrown hair which has gotten bigger, and it happens.
Don't squeeze the lump because you would push the pus deeper by making it worse.
Apply warm compresses or top of it, so the pus will be organised in one spot and will eventually drain by itself hopefully.
Take a painkiller for the pain, like Ibuprofen 400mg 3 times/day.
If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor who may need to do a small surgical cut to help the draining of the pus.
I could recommend antibiotics but you would need a prescription for it and they have not proven to be beneficial at this stage, just helpful at the beginning.
Hope this is helpful.
