Brief Answer:
Referred pain from hip may be the cause
Detailed Answer:
Hello
It's good to see you.
I have gone through your reply carefully. The psoriatic arthritis affects multiple joints, henceforth if there is involvement of hip joints ,it lead to referred pain in thigh region.
My suggestion would be -
1.X-ray of pelvis with both hip.
2.Take balanced diet rich in vitamin D (800 I.u./day) and calcium (1000mg/day).This will increase the bone strength.
Hope this answers your query.
Take care
