Question: symptoms......left ear plugged but sometimes draining.2 weeks. Ringing in ears.3days. Urinary stream a little painful and quite limited. 3 days.Taking Claritin D for 3 days. Cialis for 5days.

Draining ear associated with ringing for two weeks could mean that you are suffering from infection of the middle ear. For which you will require treatment with antibiotics like ciproflox for 7 days. I also recommend you to see an ENT surgeon as soon as possible as this can lead to permanent hearing loss.

Painful urination means that there is a urinary tract infection. Here is what I recommend

1. Drink plenty of water, upto 5 glasses a day
2. Syp Citraalka will help reduce the burning
3. Tab Amox with clavulunate is an ideal antibiotic, it has to be taken three times daily for 7 days
4. Before you start any antibiotic please get urine routine and culture done
