Brief Answer:
Hair follicles , clogged sebaceous pores likely, Warts possible if coitus,,

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. These bumps not increasing in size, there for month, no pain no itching are likely clogged sebaceous pores ( pores which secrete sweat) due to ingrown hair in pubis. Other possibilities are of folliculitis and genital warts ( if the recent unprotected coitus is the history).

Nut shell You need to modify coital and toilet habits. Keep the area hair free and moisture free. Don't pop poke or pick them. There is no harm in that wart stick application you are using.

The most common causes of hair follicle damage include friction from shaving or tight clothing, excessive perspiration, inflammatory skin conditions, including dermatitis and acne.

Just good toilet and coital hygiene and wait and see policy. Application of topical hydrocortisone creams and antifungals and talk to a dermatologist if the problem persists.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
