What Causes Pale Yellow Spot On The Right Breast?

Question: HI, I am a 43 year old male in very good health. 6 foot 4 and 180 pounds. I noticed all of a sudden a pale yellow spot (Exact size and roundness as a U.S. nickel) on my right breast towards the center of my chest. Could you provide me what this might be?
Brief Answer:
Pityriasis roseae
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
You might have developed the Herald patch of pityriasis roseae.
It's a mild reactive condition and can be treated easily with the use of a mild topical steroid such as desonide lotion to be applied twice daily for a week.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you.
