HI
Thanks for using healthcare magic. I, Dr Abhishek Kapoor, would help you in this query.
You have panic attack. Let me explain few thing about it. Panic attacks are periods of intense fear or apprehension that are of sudden onset and of variable duration from minutes to hours. It is characterized by sudden onset of chest pain, breathing difficulty, increase heart beat etc. It usually begins abruptly, may reach a peak within 10 to 20 minutes, but may continue for hours in some cases. Panic attacks usually subside on their own over the next several hours.
In that case, you should consult a psychiatrist. You need antidepressant with low dose benzodiazepine that would help to control further attacks. You can also try some relaxation exercise.
In case, you need further help, you can ask.

That is not due to anxiety
Detailed Answer:
HI
Exercise induced light headache happens due to increased blood pressure in brain. It is normal and not due to anxiety or panic attack. During exercise, due to increase circulation, blood pressure in brain increases and that leads to light headache. In such condition, there is nothing to worry. It usually subsides with rest.
In case, you have more query, you can ask.
