What Causes Pancreatic Parenchymal Atrophy In Lung?

It means scars/atrophy from past infections, alcoholic use, ect.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM to post your question.
I saw carefully the report of the CT.
Even if it is a Lung CT, it has also viewed the Pancreas too. Pancreatic Parenchymal Atrophy means that the tissue of the organ in the body called Pancreas, which produces enzymes that have varies functions, has gone smaller and atrophic. That might have happened from past infections, chronic alcohol use, ect. It is not a problem in itself, so don't worry about it.
I would recommend though that you consider discussing the result of the CT with your local doctors and work along them to intervening according to the result.
Hope I answered your question.

Dr. Papaqako

Sometimes it can be even idiopathic.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I'm glad to hear that you haven't had the above mentioned causes of that finding, because those are the most common causes.
Some other causes may be also gallbladder stones, hyperlipidemia and obesity, and sometimes it is idiopathic (without a particular cause).
Let me know if I can help anymore with your health issues after discussing with your doctor. I will be happy to answer.
Otherwise, please kindly don't forget to close and rate the answer.
Take care.
