Question: This is an embarrassing one. Sometimes when I pass gas, feces come out. Ugh!

Passing feces while passing gas is a very unfortunate occurance, this is how you should go about it

1. Increase the fiber content of your food. Eating salad before dinner or lunch is an easy way to go about it
2. Eat less of food items which are known to cause flatulence like nuts, aerated drinks, caffeine, etc
3. Eat a cup of yoghurt everyday
