Question: Hi I have 18 cm psndacLuted fibroid..I 47 year old ...do I have to surgery and uturuas is 21 by 17 by 9 diamension

I have read your question and understand your concern.

In fact it is a big pedunculated fibroid, but whether you will have surgery or not, vary from your symptoms.

If you have abdominal bloating with pain, excess vaginal bleeding and urinary or bowel issue then you need a surgery.

If you haven't any mentioned symptoms than you can have planned surgery only if your abdomen seems big and you want a good look.

Yes, uterine fibroids grow up while women have menstrual cycle , because their growth vary from the level of estrogen .

Hence you should do a follow up with ultrasound scan after six months to show if your fibroid have increased it's size or not.
