Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing in.
You might have taken hot food stuff that has caused thermal injury resulting in peeling of skin of tongue. You need to apply anaesthetic gel to relieve pain & sensation in that area.
In reference to sensitivity of teeth, it could be due to loss of enamel & you need to use desensitizing tooth paste containing pottasium nitrate.Leave it for 2-4 min & rinse your mouth.
Consult your dentist for further treatment plan.
Hope I answered your query

Brief Answer:
Could be oral thrush or geographic tongue
Detailed Answer:
Hi
If you haven't taken any hot stuff & its not any physical injury then it could be oral thrush or candidiasis. It can be geographic tongue in which there are patches on tongue.
I suggest you to consult dentist & get biopsy done if required. Please post a photo so that I can review it visually.
