What Causes Penile Discharge?
Question: I had sex about 4 weeks ago. Two weeks later I noticed I had penile discharge. On the third week I went and got a hiv and all the herpes test. Urine and blood it's was called the 4 generation early detection test or something like that.the results came back negative for everything exempt the herpes and cold sores because I've had the chicken pox. I'm really worried I cought something what should I do.

The HIV test done detects both HIV antigen and antibodies . It is good that it has come negative. But it is not conclusive by 2 weeks.
You may need to undergo the test after 3 months to be conclusive. Else if available you can go for HIV RNA PCR test now.
Regarding herpes test be clear about the test reports which has come positive.
The discharge duration,color, symptoms, any other lesions or lymph nodes, intercourse history, partner history etc is not clear.

I don't know what a rna and pcr test is. but what do know is the screening I took was for the early detection test in antibodies for the hiv aids chlamydia syphilis and gonorrhea and the herpes. it was also protected sex I forgot to mention. but when I see the penile discharge I really have to squeeze it out from the bottom to the head.
