Brief Answer:
Following treatment should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,

Thanks for posting your query. Followings are my comments:

1) If polyp is removed at the base, post-op bleeding will be less. After removal of polyp, the base should be cauterized to stop the bleeding. If these are NOT done properly, then light to medium bleeding may persist and in that case, you need to undergo follow-up examination.

2) In general, progesterone pill like Medroxyprogesterone acetate (PROVERA) and Tranexamic acid group of drugs are given to control bleeding. You need to take complete prescription from your doctor.

If medical treatment fails to arrest bleeding, I can suggest to undergo D & C again. It will be much helpful in your case.

3) Abdominal bloating is mostly related with indigestion problem, acidity or irregular bowel habit. Vaginal bleeding is a relative factor.

You should take easy digestible food with IRON supplements, drink more water or fluid and maintain genital hygiene properly.

Hope, I have answered your query. Wish your good health and take care.
