Question: Hello Doctor

my wisdom tooth is coming out. I a having severe headache on the forehead and above. also from yesterday I am having fever and it's still there. last night when j checked the temperature it was 101.
now it's 100.
I have taken Ketrol DT and paracetamol last night.
the headache and fever is still there. please advice

Thanks for posting the query,

You can take TAB. COMBIFLAM and T. HIFENAC P 2 times a day for 2 to 3 days.

If the temperature is not reduced in 3 days then you'll have to consult the physician, to rule out the cause. As the same symptoms are seen in Sinusitis also.

Have cold food,
you can apply SMILE mouth gel on the erupting teeth to reduce the local pain.
