Question: my husband has had issues of feeling rin down and running a fever the last couple of months. it goes away but it comes back. do you have any idea what it might be?

Regarding your husband's concern, I need more information like if he has any other signs and symptoms, how many degrees the temperature is spiking and how frequently, if he has any other medical problems and if he has taken any medications during this time.

A couple of months is a long time, please let me know what all treatments he has taken so far and if any investigations have done yet (if yes, please share the results here).

Furthermore, based on the above-mentioned data, I'd suggest to get done a physical examination by an ID specialist (infectious disease) and as well to do CBC, blood culture during the fever, Liver function test, urine analysis, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, C-Reactive Protein , fibrinogen, etc. in order to diagnose specifically and to start a prompt treatment as soon as possible.
