Brief Answer:
Add medication. Sinus CT Scan next.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. Request your doctor to add an anti allergic mucolytic medication along with a mild anti inflammatory agent. Steam inhalation and short term use of OTC nasal decongestant drops ( 0.1 % Xylometazoline ) will help.

2. A sinus CT Scan will be the best investigation to rule out Sinusitis.

3. Anti acidity medication such as rabeprazole with levosulpiride along with Mucaine Gel and a bland diet should settle the gastritis.

4. Upload the X-ray and CT images.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
