What Causes Persistent Headache?

Question: My wife aged 36 years is suffering from serious headache for last 3 days. She also has asthama and sinesitus due to which she cannot take any NSAID. If she takes her noatrils and sinuses starts blocking. We tried diclofenic ( mobizox) but same reaction, what can we do.
