Brief Answer:
Decongestant medicines to be added

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You seem to have chronic sphenoidal sinusitis, the reason for daily headaches. Apparently the sinus which is under the brain is not able to drain well into the middle turbinates of the maxilla. That is why as per the CT scan the middle and inferior turbinates are also congested.

Most often the chronic sphenoidal sinusitis is because of small ostium (hole) which is not enough to drain the sinus. It has to seen with the endoscopy through the maxillary sinus (through nose) and widened.

If your doctor is suggested for endoscopy please go for it. It is a standard and regularly treated. Till then you can ask for decongestants like pseudoephedrine (sudafed) which can really help to relieve the congestion as evident in CT scan.

Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
A concoction of antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
hi

all your doctor was treating with antibiotics which was just fine. but what about prevention. what was the cause of frequently sinus infection? you should understand that and try avoiding that. an allergist with ENT surgeon right choice. the former will help understand the allergens with patch test while the later can increase size of ostium of spenoid sinus.

just let me know if you need clarification.
