Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Usually eating a lot is not considered a problem unless it is becoming a nuisance in the person's life.
When a person's BMR ( basal metabolic rate) is high, the rate of food breakdown and usage of energy is also high thus making the person hungry again n again. So probably your BMR is very high.
Still i would like to ask you few questions -
1. Are you thin built or average or over weight?
2. Since when you feel this problem started?
3. Are you on any medications?
4. What is your basal pulse rate?
5. Do you have any history of any thyroid problem in family?
Kindly answer me above given questions so that i can help and guide you in better way.
Waiting for your reply.
Thank you

Thanks for following up.
As you are overweight and having trouble with over eating there can be few things from actual problem to pschyogenic.
Depression, bulimia can cause overeating. Also hypo or hyperthyroidism can also cause increased appetite.
I would like to suggest you to consult your doctor so as to get a detailed history as for the reason why you started eating more since march. Was it due to some kind of depression you are going in from that period?
Also some blood work up like fasting blood sugars in early morning to rule out type I diabetes, thyroid profile to look for thyroid disorders will be helpful to come to a diagnosis and treat the problem.
You can either review back with me with the reports or follow up with your doctor for further management.
I hope i have answered your query well.
Thank you
