What Causes Persistent Indigestion, Heart Burn, Excessive Gas And Bloating?

Question: Hiii my age is 28 years height is 5.11"and weight is 105 kg last few month I have indigestion problems heat burn,gas formation, as soon I take food it wants to comes out from food pipe,bloating abdomen and irregular bowl earlier I hav fatty liver when I went to hospital I hav done CT scan,blood test like liver function test, blood sugar, cholesterol test,Upper gi endoscopy, sigmoidoscopy,all reports came normal then doctor prescribed me neurobion Forte injection, famocid 40,gastractive tablet, sysfol 5mg,dox-sl 100mg,and ecorom I am taking medicine from last one month but still not cured please suggest me what should I do.

Possibly you have a sensitive stomach not much to worry about
Well can add prokinetic like Domperidone before meals in addition to medication you are taking along with Isapgula husk at night after consulting your physician
In addition try following things
Eat on time
Avoid sleeping two hours after you have meal
Reduce weight
Sleep adequate
Exercise regularly
Avoid addictions if any
Avoid stress as much as possible
All this will help you to reduce your symptoms in long run
