What Causes Persistent Leg And Abdominal Pain Along With Headaches?
Question: I have a history of kidney cancer. With that my recent blood work has went from iron defenency to, high red blood cell, high white blood, high hemoglobin and hemocraton. Could this mean? I have leg pain and abdominal pain and have spells of headaches with severe hot flashes and vomiting.
Brief Answer:
Are you on supplements for blood production?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed your information fully. Your symptoms are suggestive of polycythemia vera. This is a condition where excess blood cells, especially red cells are produced. The increased mass causes slow flow and symptoms such as headaches, high blood pressure, leg pains, etc. This is more likely if you are on supplements to help boost blood cells production.
In all, upload the report to me. Possibility of polycythemia. Discuss this with your doctor for investigations and management.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
