Brief Answer:
Cervical spasm

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

You seem to be having Cervical spondylosis which has lead to Cervical muscle spasm.

Apply hot packs to the affected region. Avoid neck bending forward and lifting weights. Avoid using thick pillow. Instead of Advil, do take Tablet Diclofenac and Thicolchicoside combination. This would require a prescription. If you aren't able to get it, continue with Advil but don't take it for more than 5 days. Take Tablet Rabeprazole twice a day before meals for 5 days as well to prevent acidity due to Advil.

Perform Xray of the cervical spine and upload for my review.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
