Brief Answer:
Not a cause for concern.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. The activity level of children can be higher and therefore the core temperature may be higher. I would not worry about the warmth of the hands. Unless the temperature if above 100°F, I would not worry. If your child has fever with temperature more than 100°F, you need to give paracetamol or acetaminophen (P-250, Crocin or Tylenol) to it bring down. Also use tepid sponging. If your child is otherwise active and playful, I would not be concerned. If not, it would be a good idea to visit a doctor and to get the child evaluated.
Hopefully that clears your queries.

Thanks.. During fever I usually give her Fivago. I think it is ok for her. What do you think? The natural temperature is also high here, this may be due to that also. Should I use AC all the time to keep her cool? Pl suggest
Brief Answer:
Set the AC to a moderate temperature.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Fevago can be given. You can use AC but do not set the temperature to very low. You can otherwise use it at all times.
