What Causes Pigmented Purpuric Dermatosis Over The Legs?

Question: so I had this frickle looking dots on my both lower leg which should I be worried. I get no itch,pain,and no bleeding. I had these more than 3 years what is it and how can I remove them?

Hi

I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed pigmented purpuric dermatosis over the legs .
This is a common skin problem which tends to occur in certain people . It causes reddish to brownish small freckle like spots over bilateral ankles .
These spots do not usually extend above the knees .
They are basically a cosmetic problem ,so no treatment is required in most cases .
Only if there is any associated itching or discomfort ,then topical application of steroids or moisturisers may be necessary .
