What Causes Pimple Like Bumps On Penis?

Question: Hello, i had jock itch about two months ago and seemed to be cleared and then i had a protected sex with a random girl on september 5th 2014. About 4 days later i noticed little pimple like bumps of varying varieties. Went to an urgent care for swab and they said no need it didnt look like anything. One was for sure an infected ingrown hair. But there was one that hasnt cleared and it was hard in its consistency and wasnt oval, it was almost in the shape of a line, as it is directly on my circumcision scar. I was paranoid and cut it off. I then applied hydrogen peroxide to it and it swelled up at least double its original size (it was flat after i cut it off, which was not smart i know) im wondering what it could be. It didnt seem to be the normal herpes blister as it was hard but it didnt seem to be a wart either. I also did the vinegar test before this and it didnt turn white. Im afraid it might be scabies or something because where that site would lay on my scrotum that area of the scrotum now has darker red veins looking like they are coming to the surface. On the other testicle there was a brown spot under the skin and then turned into a perfect circular tiny ulcer that was not painless until i poked it with tweezers. Been putting neosporine on all of these and none seem to help the three remaining issues. Any ideas?

Im waiting at least two months to get blood tests to rule everything out. Do you think these are stds in anyway? Also i was sick before the sexual encounter and after i became hyper vigilant and notice 3 lymph nodes slightly swollen on my right side; neck, one side of the groin, and lower back area. Maybe they were swollen before this but the lower back ones started to hurt pretty bad after this incident whenever i sit down. I just want to know the possibility of an std before becoming sexually active again. Can stds spread from area to area? Because i used a condom and dont see how the one on the shaft could occur (the new picture) if i was using protection
The ulcer on the scrotum appeared over night (after i saw the doctor) and i did not notice any blister before it. So im hoping shes right about it all being a bacterial/ fungal infection and swelling/infection of hair follicles/ glans
The first picture was from the scrotum and was never a wart or a bump, only the shaft was a bump
The second picture was after neopsorin so its the one to the right, the other bump looking things are light reflections i believe
Hello? I thought i has a follow up question since i paid
This was the worst 18 dollars ive ever spent. How do you call an ulcer that appeared overnight a wart? Or am i uneducated on what warts are? Maybe i didnt phrase my question correctly, either way 20 bux for a run of the mill no thought answer is not what i was looking for on this site
For some reason the ulcer picture was removed, but the second one was pimple like and then grew the edges after peroxide. I will go to a dermatologist and never pay for online opinions

Brief Answer:
Sexually transmitted
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I am sorry for the delay in response.
You mentioned it was a hard bump which you have cut off and applied peroxide.
This is what led me to think that it was wart.
You have removed the original lesion.
I have seen the lesion on your scrotum.
It looks like wart.
Yes it is sexually transmitted.
Condom provides protection but scrotum is exposed.
Let me know your doubts.
I will make sure I answer them in time.
Wishing you good health.
Thank you

I did not cut off the lesion on the scrotum so im still not understanding how an ulcer can be a wart. The scrotum picture is very small (it was magnified) and is a crater like sore
I forgot to mention the scrotum ulcer appeared overnight and was originally a brown flat brown (maybe blood spot) spot under the skin so i stupidly put head and shoulders on it before i went to bed and forgot to wash if off. Any chance of this being a chemical burn? And before i cut the other on off it was twice as small as it is in the picture, it was a surf board shaped tint bump when flaccid and looked like a pimple when erect. Ive noticed my whole forseskin looks like that until erect so i dont see how i would have literally 1000 warts in just over a month. Im hoping its just normal skin variations/ fordyce spots/ enlarged infected papules
