Brief Answer: Description below Detailed Answer: Hello, Thanks for your query. Most probable reason for your symptoms could be postural problem as you may be doing a lot of travel. It either presses against the nerves or reduces the blood supply to the local area causing pins and needle sensation. Another possibility could be pinched nerve at lower spine. You can take multi vitamin supplements consisting of pyridoxine, methyl cobalamine with pregabalin. This supplements will help you in the prevention of symptoms. Along with these you need to have nutritious diet consisting of fruits and green leafy vegetables and more fluids Daily out door exercises (150 min per week). I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query. Take care
