General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

There is no specific / dedicated pain killer for spine tuberculosis. The regular pain killers with dose modifications and variations can be used for longer duration under the supervision of the treating doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kampana, General & Family Physician
