Brief Answer:
Does not look like cardiac pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer cardiologist
Localized pain is rarely cardiac. Cardiac pain is diffused & occurs after exertion & relieved by rest.
Your bp reading of 140/90 is normal but on borderline, so I'll recommend you to monitor your bp.
To evaluate the chest pain further, I'll advice you for a Stress Echo & chest X Ray to rule out any possible abnormality.
Hope this helps.
Thanks & take care
