What Causes Pink Colored Patches On Scrotum?
Question: Hi,
I am 31 years old married man. It has been a yearlong I have been noticing the pinkish patches same of my light skin colour developed on my scrotum & by now it has turned in to one big spot on the one corner of my testicles. It doesn’t hurt or itch as of now but it has remained as it is since many months now and not going for which I am a bit worried.
I need your advice on this as an expert dermatologist so that I can start the treatment as you will suggest as soon as possible. Kindly let me know whether there are any other creams, lotions i can apply on the affected area to get back my original dark skin colour.
Your prompt reply on this would be highly appreciated as I am waiting anxiously.

Brief Answer:
Vitiligo skin ,needs regular treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
You seem to have developed a patch of loss of pigment called vitiligo.
Apply a topical steroid cream like fluticasone over the lesion twice daily.
If possible ,try to expose the area to sunlight for ten minutes daily by privately sitting in any such area of the room where there is adequate sunlight .
It will help in quickly restoring the skin color .
Remember that regaining the skin color is a long process and needs regular treatment ,so try to see a local dermatologist for regular follow ups.
