Brief Answer:
Anxiety more probable.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I am sorry aboutthe issues you are experiencing.

The good news is that since MRI is fine there is no life threatening condition.
Pins and needles in that distribution with normal imaging are caused usually by anxiety issues. It would be useful if you told some more details on how did the symptoms start and progress, triggering and exacerbating factors, other blood tests or tests like EMG for neuropathy as well as treatment you have been given (I suppose MRI was prescribed by a specialist).
From the little data you give I would suggest treatment for anxiety with an antidepressant like amitriptyline (it has also antianxiety properties).

I remain at your disposal for further questions possibly with the info above.
