Either antidepressant or methyphenidate
Detailed Answer:
HI
Thanks for using healthcare magic. I, Dr Abhishek Kapoor, would help you in this query.
There are number of reasons for poor concentration like underline
depression, anxiety,
attention deficit disorder or stress. If you have underline depression, stress or anxiety, then take antidepressant like
paroxetine. That would help you to improve concentration, but it would take time.
If you have attention deficit disorder (ADD), in that case, you need
methylphenidate. ADD usually happens since childhood and if you have attention problem, since childhood, you can try methylphenidate.
I think, you should
consult a psychiatrist for proper diagnosis and treatment. These drugs are not available over the counter. You need a prescription for them, so consult a psychiatrist.
In case, you need further help, you can ask.
