Question: My name is XXXX and I from XXXXXXX XXXXXXX I have a problem from my Childhood. Initially there was not able to concentrate on reading and was not able to recollect the subjects which I have memorized. I felt some pressure above both my eyes which is more on my right eye. Whenever I took hotel foods our mineral or borewater the pressure becomes worse and also I had severe headache and this headache became severe when I smell strong odours like agarbathi. I consulted a doctor for sinus and he give some medicine but it was of no use. Then I consulted a Gasteroenterologist and she said I had drug induced Gasteritis after a endoscopy and prescribed Gelusil MPS. Whenever I take Gelusil MPS or sometimes chewable MOZA MPS and the pressure above my gets relieved to some extent and I am to concentrate and able to recollect .

I feel that there is some problem in the Digestive system which affects my sinus due to which I am not able to concentrate or memorize or recollect. I would like to access this problem which is interlinked and give me a permanent solution so that I will come out of this trauma. Due to the problem over my eye my intellectual thinking and I am bound to take wrong decisions due to which my life and career is affected in a great way. I need a quick and a correct diagnosis of this long issue.

Thanks for your reply. Sorry I was out so I was not able to answer immediately. When I eat hotel food or mineral water I feel the stomach gets filled up quickly even when I intake less food or water and feels like some gas formation inside the stomach so I will not be able to take more food. When I am exposed to Agarbathi I feel ache above my eyes and feeling uncomfortable. There is no burning sensation, or sneezing, nor nasal block or any itching in the nose or eyes. Once the discomfort in the stomach builds up there is immediate pressure over the eyes predominantly over my right eye and my intellectual thinking and memory goes down. Past two years I am having short sight for which doctor has advised me to use progressive lens. I am not even able to use this lens. Once I start using this lens I feel the pull or the pressure above my eyes goes high and I have to immediately remove the glasses to come back to normal. And also there is groin pressure or pain on the right side which goes up after intercourse and after that my appetite becomes very less and it recovers only after a day. Also sometimes I can feel the pull right starting from my eye to the backside of my centre head due to which there is a hairfall. Because of these uneasiness I have to take the water from my House whereever I go, which is supplied by the Corporation and which is a surface water and not taken from underground. Due to these symptoms my overall efficiency is affected in a great way in day to day life both in my career and in my personal life. I have consulted many doctors but they have not understood my problem. I hope you will understand my problem and give me a speedy solution. Recently I have taken a scan of the groin which I am attaching for your perusal. Sometimes even my eye movement is getting affected. Because of the pressure I will not able to access about the seriousness of a decision which I am making in my Career. I am practising as a Civil Engineer.

I feel that there is some problem with my digestive system which affects my sinus and creates these kind of symptoms. This is the conclusion I got from the symptoms.

I forgot to inform you one more thing. I am always having constipation and urination occurs frequently. Three years before I have been diagnosed with Sugar but these problems was there for a long time. For the past six months I have been taking Nature's Best - Karela Juice due to which I got some relief from the constipation. I usually mix with one glass of water three teaspoons of Karela Juice before going to bed. Because of this my constipation problem is less. After I pass urine or stools there is slight relief in the stomach and also the pressure above the eyes. Once there is relief in the stomach there is an instant relief in the pressure above the eye. I also want to inform you when the pressure becomes there is a ring like formation around my both eyes.

Thanks for your advice. I would like to know what is the proton pump inhibitors like rabeprazole is it a tablet. Please inform and how should be taken. I would like to know what is the root cause of this ailment why the digestive malfunction is affecting my sinus and related problems due to which I lost my career my Higher studies my ambitions and my life as whole. I carry only Municipal water with me wherever I go outside and even
RO water causes these symptoms. Can I wear contact lens instead of progressive lens will it suit my disorder. I always avoid spicy and junk foods and I am regularly monitoring my blood sugar level and taking medicines as per the doctor's advice. Once my digestive problems is solved I will regain my memory, my skill . I will try meditation and Yoga as per your advice.
