is gelusil mps antacid is a syrup or suspension or tablet i am 30 years now i am 4 months pregent. is it safe to take gelusil mps during this period

Gelusil MPS comes in the form of Chewable tablets as well as in the form of suspension. It doesn't come in the form of Syrup.
In pregnancy it is preferable that you take Plain Gelusil suspension. In pregnancy bear minimum medicines are preferable. Avoid consuming unnecessary medicines. Instead of Gelusil you may try taking frequent small quantity of milk, which is beneficial for you and the child growing in your womb.
