What Causes Pressure In Head, Sporadic Lightheadedness, Fluttering Feeling In Stomach And Throat?

Question: I am experiencing some fluttering in my stomach. I can feel it in my throat as well. It also feels like I have pressure in my head. I also have fatigue and feel lightheaded at times. Prior to the stomach fluttering I was feeling like someone punched me in the stomach. I do not a sour stomach nor have I had any vomiting. What could this be? Should I go to the ER or just wait it out?

Hello,

Do you think it is an emergency or should I just schedule an appointment with my primary care doctor? Today was the first day I had a back ache. I don't know if I should go to the ER. The fluttering is really bothering me tonight. Last night it kept me awake.
Brief Answer:
Less likely to be an emergency
Detailed Answer:
If you don't have fever or any weakness, it is not an urgent problem and you can schedule an appointment with your doctor.
