Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
i read your question and i understand your concern. Pressure in ears with headache can be sinuses congestion, not responding to antibiotics probably rules out bacterial infection as infection is commonly associated with fever and your history does not indicate fever. SImple congestion can be the cause and that needs supportive decongestants and corticosteroids. Headache needs advil or tylenol for pain relief. Work up for sinusitis and other differentials like ear infections, migraine, ocular headaches etc should also be considered. Use of glasses helping in headache might be related to visual acuity related headaches and complete eye exam should be considered as well.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me
Its good thing that sudafed and steam inhalation helped. Please continue the medication until symptoms completely resolve and more importantly with winter season at the door, home remedies like warm comforting beverages, like green or herbal tea mixed with honey, soup, etc should help.
