Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX
Welcome to healthcare magic.
The prominent bluish veins are indicative of varicose vein if no leg tissue swelling is there.
If they are painful towards the end of the day, a surgical intervention may help.
If mild symptoms only then supporting stockings and night time leg elevation may be helpful.
The foot pain may be related to venous congestion or may be a separate problem of feet like plantar fasciitis. Better to consult a local surgeon, he will be able to differentiate them. Likewise the chest vein and chest pain are also the field of surgeon only, so get that examined at the same visit.
I hope the advise will be helpful for you.
