What Causes Protruding Lump On Stomach When I Lay Down Flat On Back?

As discussed. Please post photos
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and history.
The protrusion down the middle of the stomach can be due to hernia or divarication of the recti (the strap muscles of the abdomen near the center).
If the neck (opening of the sac) is large then there is no chance of intestinal obstruction. Surgery may be planned or may be not done at all.
The same applies for divarication of recti- surgery is not needed.
About the lower legs:
Your history says that your both legs have dark red appearance, get pus pockets and bleed for the past 10 years. You put heavy cream. Someone told you about DVT. You also have pain.
I would advise:
Please post the clear pictures of the problems you have so that I can assist you more.
Pus has to be sent for culture and sensitivity and gram staining to decide the appropriate antibiotic to be taken.
Once the pus is sent for testing, apply liquid povidone iodine to the whole affected areas.
Venous Color doppler with ultrasonography of the legs for a proper diagnosis.
Proper antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medicines like Ibuprofen, multivitamins.
Elevation of the legs when in laying down position.
Proper diagnosis always helps for the proper and curative treatment.
I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap-of-communication.
Please post the pictures of the protrusion of the abdomen on lifting head in laying down position and of the legs.
