Because of which i feel dark circles have increased. (Its been 10 year i have dark circles).
Also i feel uneasy in sunlight with naked eyes.
I have undergone treatment 2-3 times but all times it seems a temporary fix.
Last i have been advised following :

Brief Answer:
Can be allergy or infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.
There can be many causes for uneasiness in sunlight including allergies, tiredness, vitamin A or B12 deficiency. A proper eye examination is needed to rule out causes related to eye itself. Do you have any discharge from the eyes? What colour is it?
Regarding puffiness and dark circles around eyes, it seems to be stemming from allergies. Do you have itching of eyes, sneezing, runny nose etc? Are any blood tests? I feel antiallergic medicines like tab cetirizine once a day will work for you if you have these symptoms. Local creams can also be tried but are not very effective.
Waiting for your reply.

Dear Doctor,
No, There is no discharge from eyes,no allergy and no disorder as mentioned by you.
Puffiness is a regular thing. Also I feel relaxed when I close eyes and press it a bit or apply very mild warmness.
Thanks, XXXX

Brief Answer:
It may be just stress related
Detailed Answer:
Hi
It is reassuring to know that you have no history of allergies. It may still be a very mild infection, or simply strain related. By strain I mean doing activities that put more strain on eyes like computer, tv, travelling, etc. Closing eyes frequently and napping during the day should help. Medicines to be taken if symptoms are bad.
Regarding puffiness, you may try high protein diet like more of black channa, grains, etc. Salt intake also should be reduced.
