These symptoms could be part of alcohol withdrawal or independent anxiety disorder. Before making a diagnosis in your case, i need more information like:
1. Amount of alcohol you drink a day?
2. Last day of alcohol intake?
3. Any swelling on body?
4. Any history of blood in stool or vomiting?
5. Any history of anxiety disorder or stress?

Hi, thanks for the reply.
No blood in stool or vomiting. No sickness. No real anxiety.
Heavy weekend drinker, maybe 35 units. Usually only drink 3 nights a week.No particular swellings. 6ft 1, 87kg, sleep seems fine. Slight beer belly but not terrible.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
You can try benzodiazepine
Detailed Answer:
HI
In your case, it seems that symptoms may be due to alcohol withdrawal. In that case, there is nothing to worry. You can take low dose of benzodiazepine like lorazepam or diazepam. That would help to control the anxiety due to withdrawal symptoms. Before taking drugs, get your liver function done and consult a physician or psychiatrist as these drugs are not available over the counter.
In case, you have further query, you can ask.
