What Causes Purplish Blue Discoloration And Lumps Around Anus?

Yes,they are Hemorrhoids.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,Thanks for the query to HCM.
I read and reviewed your query in all the details given by you.
Based on the information of your query, in my opinion they seem to be either External/ or Internal Hemorrhoids. As there is no associated pain or bleeding ,they seem to be Venus engorgments of Hemorrhoids.
As these anal lumps have not got worst over last 1 week, you should not worry; ,but keep a watch and report to a family doctor or Surgeon if any pain or bleeding.
In the meanwhile I will suggest you plan an appointment with a surgeon for a proctosopy examination.
Take bland diet
Rest with Lowering of the head ,during sleep hours,
Manually repose.
Hope this reply would help you to plan your health treatment with your doctor.
Welcome for any further query before I close this query from my side.
Good Day!!

No surgical Intervention needed NOW,in your case at this stage.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for the update query.
After reviewing the main text and your last query reply, I feel the itching is due to the soddening from the excessive oint outside and improper hygiene.
No Surgery is required at this Stage-as no complaints of bleeding and pain are there.
Conservative treatment would help you in next 2 weeks time.
Follow my earlier suggestions.
Keep the part dry from outside.
Apply the cream only internally till 1 inch depth.
Do Pelvic Muscle Exercises, while lying relaxed and down on the bed.
If still you want to know whether minor / or major pile,You can update the photos of the anal bumps.
Any further query in this regard awaited, before I close it from My end.
Will appreciate writing your excellent feedback comments to help the needy patient visitors like you,at HCM.
Good Day!!
