Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query
I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar
I have gone through your query and attached picture and understand your concern. In your picture not much collection of pus is seen only white scabs are seen, these should be removed gradually during dressing by aseptic technique. It is better to take help of medical professional ( Doctor/a nurse ). Sterile dressing package are available with pharmacy. After removing these it can be cleaned and dressed with neosporine ointment. Antibiotics tablets are of help to control infection. Analgesic such as ibuprofen can be taken for pain relief. Vitamin B and C help in recovery.
You can discuss with your doctor about it.
Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.

It is Okay. Wishing you fast recovery.
