What Causes Pus Inside Throat,body Aches And Coughing?
Question: Last Thursday I started with body aches and raspy throat, low grade fever and coughing. I still don't feel any better. I just looked at my throat and it scared me it looks white or gray with lots of pus and I cam see blue viens and the back of my has lumps or bumps on it but my throat is not particularly sore.

Pus signals that the infection is concerning. However, I may no think your symptoms are severe to correlate with the finding of pus at the back of the throat. I will say go to the ER because of the PUS. Otherwise, I would have recommended tylenol, healthy diet,, fruits and vegetables and regular exercise because most flu symptoms are caused by viruses and need no specific antibiotics for this. Supportive measures are often sufficient.
