Brief Answer:
Femoral nerve compression at hip or spinal disc level.

Detailed Answer:
HI XXXXXXX 128,
Thanks for the query under health care magic platform.
I have read your query carefully & understand your concern,
* The pain in hip , going towards leg is typical of sciatica... which is due to compression of femoral nerve. IT can be compression at hip joint( when the nerve passes through sciatic notch ) or spinal level.( slip disc/ degenerated disc)
The fact that you have associated constipation & bloating of abdomen.. suggests it to be spinal level ( as the abdominal pressure increases, the compression on the nerve root increases -- so also the pain ).
* I would suggest consultation of an Orthopedic surgeon. He may advise few investigations for pin pointing the cause( Blood tests/ X ray/ CT scan/ MRI). followed by specific treatment.( which can be with medicines/ physiotherapy or physical therapy/ surgery )
* personal care..
- Rest . hot or cold compress. Light application of muscle relaxants
-NSAID pills like Ibuprofen twice a day after food
A specific treatment to control acute symptoms followed by healthy life style including physiotherapy & regular walking exercise helps in preventing further attack & leading healthy life.
I hope, you found the answer to be both informative & useful. any follow up query is welcome.
