1)Since when are you having this pain?Is it progressively worsening or is it static?Is it persistent all day long or is it intermittent?
2)Does this pain increase on walking or any specific posture?
3)Is it associated with tingling or numbness in legs?
4)Do you have Diabetes or any other disease?

Lumbosacral radiculopathy/MRI L-S Spine/Antineuralgic medicines/Exercises

Hi,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.
Considering your clinical details,I am of the impression that you are probably having lumbo-sacral radiculopathy.
I suggest you to get a MRI of Lumbo-sacral spine region.
For the treatment part,I suggest you to start antineuralgic medicines like pregabalin,gabapentin or amitriptyline.In addition,you should be on methylcobalamin and calcium/vitamin D supplementation.
and lastly,I suggest you to consult an expert physiotherapist regarding the training for spinal exercises.
